Accompanied a patient to an emergency appointment and saw Dr. Cowans. I was so impressed with the care by the Medical Assistant and Dr. Cowans. They were caring and concerned and listened patiently. They gave wonderful advice for navigating the system and this new patient is on the way to much needed medical attention.

I have been coming here since 2010 maybe before that , but now there are a lot of changes that I do not like. For example the receptionist was kinda rude the way she spoke to me and that never happened before and when taking my insurance card she was unsure how to look up the insurance so she handed to the person be side her and he looked at the card. I asked a question and it seemed like I was making her upset.......I don't think I would come back here for my health anymore.......the doctors are pretty good they just need some listens on customer service for the other staff

Dr. BYERSON IS a "people person & excellent doctor and she is uniquivaccally' about your health care; one-N-million' real doctor! Recently moving here from Maryland and looking for a doctor with generally about her profession. She is a great doctor here in Virginia.

The receptionist was calling the control key the central key. Hahahahaha do you feel comfortable having an employee do this when it comes to something as serious as your overall health. Only go here if you HAVE to.

The staff here, in EVERY department, are super friendly and helpful. I don't want to go anywhere else for my day to day health care, dental care, or HIV care! I love this place and the people there!
