Have to do something called walk ins to get to see a doctor came here yesterday with like 30 other people they say first 3 here get a spot well yesterday there was only 1 my girlfriend was number 2 so we didn't get seen came today again only takng 1 but we lucked out cause someone didnt come and she got a spot. The desk lady was also very rude, the tv was on quiet today and there were 3 little kids playing with littlw toy cars im front of it she walks over turns it up and says to the mom and me and my gf next time someone talks the volume goes up, her desk isnt even near it, how rude. Then someone accidentally had there ringtone on and she blared it lol.

Received a phone call from the financial aid office to see if they could help me with a tooth being pulled, when I told her I had no money, she said thank you mam and hung up on me. Did not try to help me. The worst place I have ever been to and I will die before going back to this place. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, but you have to, to be able to leave a review. They need some Jesus up in their.

My experience at the Daily Planet has been a very good relationship.The staff there are very friendly,and polite they take very good care of me. The dental department excellent.Dr. Giles is a top Dentist in Richmond. She is the best. Dr. Cook and her assistants the best. Seriously please visit The Daily Planet make your experience a good one. Looking forward to my next visit. The fees you cannot beat any where. Winning!!!
