Service was thorough, although I wish they communicated better. We waited 30 minutes pass our appointment time and had to ask how long before they would get to our vehicle. The lounge area was comfortable and they offered us snacks and the tv remote for our viewing pleasure.

I contacted Mobility Works to adapt a 2016 Honda last week. My service consultant was Jayme Gordon, whom I highly recommend. All our questions/concerns were addressed in the shop, and Jayme made sure to provide me with multiple progress updates throughout the week.
If you need a vehicle adapted and you're in the Richmond area, Mobility Works is definitely the place to go!
I contacted Mobility Works to adapt a 2016 Honda last week. My service consultant was Jayme Gordon, whom I highly recommend. All our questions/concerns were addressed in the shop, and Jayme made sure to provide me with multiple progress updates throughout the week.

RECENT SERVICE VISIT MADE TO FIX WHEELCHAIR LIFT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. 1) WE HADE TO WAIT FOR REPAIR PART TO BE DELIVERED FOR OVER A WEEK AND HALF;
2) WE DROVE OVER 90 MILES ONE-WAY TO RICHMOND, VA AND SPENT OVER 5+ HRS WAITING FOR REPAIRS;
3) AND WHEN I WENT TO LEAVE, THE VAN LIFT DID NOT WORK;
4) I ASKED THE SERVICE GUY WHO MADE REPAIR DID YOU CHECK TO SEE IF THE LIFT WORKED? HE REPLIED "NO" I REPLACED THE PART;
5) WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? REALLY, I PUT THE PART IN AND DIDN'T EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THE WHEELCHAIR LIFT WOULD FUNCTION CORRECTLY;
6) NOW WE NEED TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER SERVICE VISIT AND DRIVE ANOTHER 90+ MILES TO SEE WHAT THEY DIDN'T FIX;
7) REALLY BAD SERVICE;
8) RIDE-AWAY NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AND WILL PAY FOR THE REPAIR!

Although I wasn't buying a vehicle, merely having adaptations done to my existing car. I was treated like I was dropping a huge amount of money with them.
I had a scooter lift installed on the back of my Subaru.
I'll be honest. If I have to have any more vehicle modifications done. They are far and away my first choice in the Richmond area. They were in constant communication to find me EXACTLY what would work in my situation.
