I rent 15-20 cars a year from Enterprise through a corporate account. A little disappointing getting this car with a gas tank that wasn't full and in this rental, a rather high mileage car (over 40k) which prior to this hasn't been the case. I do at least credit this location with having a Toyota Camry so the ergonomics were familiar to me for my long trip.

The downtown Richmond Branch of Enterprise is always a pleasure to work with. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the cars are always clean and suit my travel needs.

The staff at 207 East Main is always on top of my needs, even on short notice. They do their best to make sure I am happy with the car and their service

As a corporate customer Charles & Zac have always been accommodating and get us in and out on most occasions very quickly which is very important to our business. My only continued concern is the cleanliness of the vehicles, they are rarely properly washed and dried correctly, which is very important to our public image, to present ourselves to our customers with a clean vehicles and tires shining. It may not be all that important to vacation renters, but to corporate customers it is very important and I think they have lost sight of this. Even with my one concern I still maintain the service inside the building is top notch.
