Very small Location, with a small parking area for your car, and a small fleet of cars. Stats is fairly competent, but completely unfriendly and unprofessional. The males working there tend to be a little friendlier than the females, who exhibit low frustration tolerance, And render a poor customer experience. My company rents from them weekly. Just about weekly, the staff is seen eating, on their phones, and laughing and joking with each other at the front desk, in the presence of customers. This is one of the most unprofessional car rental places I have ever seen, But once day get to know you and warm up to you, they will take good care of you.

I had extreme pleasant experience renting from this location. The facility is modest but clean and accessible. The car came out fast and was car and spanking new. I had friendly chitchat with the staff.

After reading the reviews on Google, I was very hesitant with booking with Budget; however, this was the closest location for me, so I took a chance and I am glad I did. The staff were not all that friendly, but they were very helpful (as weird as that sounds). The process was quick, easy, and cheaper than expected! Would recommend if you are trying to save money.

Pretty good experience, fast service. We initially could not get a vehicle due to high demand, but we were able to return after a couple hours and obtain a vehicle. The pricing was decent, but I appreciated the employee wishing my girlfriend good luck on her interview.
