Horrible customer service! Women at front desk was very rude and rude to other people coming in. I told her that I wanted to change my drop off location to the airport. She said it would be $75 for that. I rent cars every week so I knew for a fact that there was no charge or maybe the usual $10 fee. Instead I went to the app on my phone and I changed the drop off location with no problem. The car I was also given only had half a tank of gas. However, the walkthrough guy was nice.

Car had stained seats, needed maintenance,driver window seat leaked... that location not concerned and customer rep said it was acceptable

Omg such a bad service you try to ask a question and its like you speak to a freakin machine you waste 20 minutes on the phone and he tells you oh we dont have a car never again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Great experience! Staff was on top of things, quick, efficient and kind! I needed to rent 2 twelve passenger vans for a camp trip within a week. This was by far the most affordable, I was shocked with how expensive other companies were. Avis was a breath of refresh air!

My car had broken down and needed a rental car. I tried first another rental place that said they would pick up but after 4 phone calls and no cars, we called this location. They had 2 cars left and informed we needed to get there soon. When I explained my situation and that we would have to get a taxi he asked where were we at. They were busy and selling out of cars fast, he did not have to assist but he said it sounded like we needed a care very desperately so he sent his only other person with him to pick us up and reserved a car for us. While we were there he received a request for another car. He went out of his way to assist us because of our situation. He saved our Valentines day and we are very grateful for his humanity something you don't always find in a business that would have rented all vehicles with or without us renting one. This morality is nice to see and much appreciated.
