Adorable location downtown- easy walk from my hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down. My technician was very friendly and did a great job.

Pricey and had better service for half the price. Mediocre to say the least. They started late and rushed to get it finished.

I have always loved Soak's attention to detail. The technicians are friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. It's a great place to relax.

This place was great when it first opened. But now I'm not sure I'm willing to go back.
My mother and I have been going regularly for years. The last 6months to a year have been less then Mediocre. The girls nick and pinch the skin when clipping. The paint never says in more then a week. The turn over is super high (at least I never see the same people working) and for a place that advertises nail art, half the staff can't even do it.
I've write the company a few times with my concerns and unhappiness but no one has ever contacted me.
I would give the drinks a 4 but service and customer service is a 2 for sure.
