Best place in Sparks/Reno that I've checked out. Quiet and centrally located, I can get anywhere in 15 min.
Professional staff, maintained grounds, enforced rules.
The scenery isn't phenomenal. You are living in a city park. Locations are easy to get to though and you are right off a bike path and near outlet shopping.
Water pressure I measured at 85psi. Get yourself a water pressure regulator.

Too many trees, one of their trees ripped off the bar to the latter of our trailer. Other than that the service was quick and easy.

Very crowded.RVs are parked very close together. Fine for a quick stop, but not for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

I don't live here just walk pass on a dog walk, it's very clean and always quite. I do know they are booked for the season as I wanted to buy rv and this and all rv parks in Reno are booked up.
