50% permanent residents, men's bathroom had zero toilet paper the entire 4 days we were there. Does have a nice little grass an BBQ area. 5 minutes to anything in Reno. Across S. Virginia St. To Prppermill Casino.

All you bashers be quiet! I/we have been going there every year or 10 years now. They are very nice people. The grounds are always clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. Yes they do have some permanent residents but they are near the back of the property and seem to keep to themselves. The laundry is clean and the washrooms/showers are not shared, they are clearly marked men & women. It is a convenient downtown location, what amenities do people expect!! It is small, clean and friendly & we will continue to stay there every year for the next ten years

Definitely not what we expected from the Good Sam rating! Gated yes..to keep people out or keep people in? Half the park lives here and it is a little dumpy looking. One way in and back ins on both sides . Hardly any room to maneuver a big rig plus tbe exit gate at the end was not working
if we hadn't paid for two nights we would be out in the morning. Would not recommend!

Stay away, stay far away.. these people that manage this place are very rude and ignorant.. when I arrived in paid for a 50 amp spot, the young girl in the office put me in a 30amp spot. I set up already and used my adapter to stay in that spot, them went to get the difference in money back.. they voided transaction and charged me again. I said don't let it charge my card twice that was all the money I had. She said it won't, that it would go right back on it.. well 3 days later still no money, so I went back into office to ask what the deal was on my money? She said she didn't know, for me to call my bank.. I told her I did and they take 48hrs the release the funds..she said then I don't know.. she won't help me in any way and keeps saying it's not her fault.. I told her that I would have to take them to court if the $$ isn't refunded.. she then threatens to evict me..this place is a dump and the management is rude and very ignorant.. you've been warned
