My experience with this agency started well then turned out BAD. This woman was very helpful initially in finding a competitive rate for several insurance products—home, car, motorcycle. However, whenever I needed my agent---indeed, whenever I called the 800 # and the home office needed my agent—she was nowhere to be found. It created unnecessary hassles. The cherry on top of the cake of my experience with this woman??? She sent me to collections for $26!!!! Really???? the insurance agency was paid by AUTOMATIC bank draft for the duration they had me as a customer! THIS also after making ZERO attempts to contact me about any alleged balance. Long story short...this woman doesn't have her act together, so take caution with this insurance agency.
