If staying in Reno, then try here first. Our stay was great. Super quiet in the rooms and ours was by the stairwell. The pillows are THE BEST I've ever used in my life! They're soft with a supportive core. The staff were friendly and professional. The front desk got us discount tickets to Cargo for staying in the hotel. Cargo is great too, but that's a different review. It's so nice that there's no smelly smoking or noisy gaming. Great work everyone there!

Good downtown location. No smoking or gambling. Nice rooms. The restaurant is good. Also there is a rock climbing gym on the 2nd floor and a concert venue next door.

The location was pretty central and easy to locate despite the road closures for the bikers' event. Everything was clean and modern. We had a suite - the room was large and well decorated, with a nice assortment of seating options. The bed was fairly comfortable. There was a nice charging station next to the bed which at first glance looked like a thoughtful convenience. However there was a bright blue light on it that you couldn't turn off without unplugging the whole thing, which made it useless at night. Room service was available, but we didn't end up getting anything. Overall we had a good time and if we're ever in Reno again Whitney Peak would be a great place to return to.

Great place to stay with really chic rooms. Nice location in the heart of downtown and very fresh decor. Nonsmoking too! just make sure you arrange the shuttle at least 1 day ahead... And keep in mind it's not a free shuttle.

Absolutely the most wonderful staff, cleanest hotel, and welcoming atmosphere I've ever experienced! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation destination :) The climbing walls on the side of the hotel and boulders in basecamp are epic, the restaurant has food on par with anything in Cali and the prices are reasonable (14 buck burger, worth every penny) , no smoking - so no stinky rooms, the artwork on the third floor rivals some galleries, really had an amazing stay!! Have already recommended to multiple family members :)
