The wait was long on Saturday night but there were a lot of people in the front of us. They took care of my daughter and she recovered fast. The care was excellent and her medication a right dose ( very important in pediatric care as those little kidney and livers can take so much). I was very pleased. If I have to, will go there again.

I took a family member here who had severe stomach pains, hesitantly, because of the low reviews. Guess what? Those reviews were right. My family member had Anthem medical care and was covered but since they were young and hadn't signed up for a primary doctor yet, the practitioner wanted to push my family member off to go get one. Hello? isn't this URGENT care? they wouldn't even do a urine/blood test to see if my family member had the ailment we thought they had. After confirming he had stomach pains, they asked several more times to see if it wasn't enough for them to do something. Then, I don't know if it was because we were Black or They we LAZY, they offered a list of community care options for poor folks. Hello? my family members' insurance stated they were covered at that facility. What a joke. If I could give this place a zero, I would!

I went to Saint Mary's urgent care yesterday and from signing in Omar the clerk was very professional and attentive to the nurse Megan to the Doctor Meghan Calamel . The treatment they gave me went above and beyond!! Real professional and caring staff !

Nurse practitioner was very thorough and pleasant. Was told prescription was sent to Costco, but wasn't. Called 4 times before anyone answered in order for it to be resent. Renown has better check in/check out service IMO.

Quality of care is seriously lacking, the over all sense that these "caregivers" just want to get you in and get you out and really don't care about the individual is apparent! The person I saw was very unprofessional and just acted like she didn't want to be there at all. Meanwhile I am very sick and scared and want to make sure I'm ok and I was treated like i was an annoying inconvenience! Not to mention it took AN HOUR to be seen when there were 2 people ahead of me! I was only given ear drops for an ear infection that was much worse than I was lead to believe and should have been given an oral antibiotic as well. I ended up finally seeing my own doctor a few days later and was given the proper treatment and medication and sound knowledge behind everything that was going on. The people at this clinic are grossly unqualified to even treat an ear infection and I will never bring myself or any one else here again!
