Rules are not consistent. One person demands a transfer fee to share services while another doesn't. Last chick I dealt with, she has longer blond hair, was not very friendly. I heard her asking another associate if I was purchasing anything because I was asking for recommendations for my daughter. I was trying to make a purchase & was offered samples from the gal that was actually doing her job & she's being questioned in front of me. Not professional at all! I'd rather purchase murad products online, from Murad. They offer discounts :-)

Very nice to go to but they're small so have a hard time scheduling multiple people at a time if you're going with a group more than 2 people
