Dr. Nelson has been my dentist for over 25 years. Dr. Nelson and his staff provide outstanding service and quality care. I have complete confidence in their assessment and treatment of all of my dental care needs. We in North State are so fortunate to have Dr. Nelson and his great staff available to provide the finest care available!

Simply put, Dr. Nelson and his staff are THE BEST. Very professional, skilled, and helpful, yet warm, friendly and approachable as well. Although Dr. Nelson doesn't advertise as being a dentist who caters to cowards, he really does a great job in this area....and being a huge coward myself, I feel highly qualified to spread the word. If you are afraid of the dentist, or have challenging issues with your teeth, no one will help you more than Dr. Nelson and his wonderful staff.

I am very, very happy with Dr. Nelson's office. The front desk is efficient and makes sure that an emergency is handled right away. The hygienists are caring and helpful (and painless!!). Dr. Nelson treats more than just my mouth. He sat down with me and explained oral health and how proper nutrition and exercise is important, and offered suggestions as to how to improve my overall health. He is an excellent listener, and I trust his decisions. I really feel that everyone in that office truly respects and cares about their patients. I highly recommend them.
