Has anyone been contacted by the company about treatments they paid for that were not used? If so who were you contacted by? I am attempting to location the parties responsible for this and am having no luck

I have been a client with American Laser Skincare since last january. At first things worked kind of OK, although calling them wasn´t easy at all. Now all of a sudden they have closed their doors without letting anybody now. I feel kind of lucky, since my treatment was almost completed and also relieved because they wanted to persuade me to buy a new treatment during my last visit a couple weeks ago and I didn´t do it. They are not answering phones, left a plain note on the door and the website is shutdown.

Very hard to make an appointments or to get phone calls returned. Poor customer service and they don't live up to their promises. Be careful!!! There are other laser centers out there and I would check them out before using American Laser.
