To upper management: give your store some labor limits they can work with. There aren't enough people here and it's unfair to the staff and in store management. they certainly aren't earning enough for the work they're doing so do your job and help them out, this isn't an efficiency problem, it seems to me to be a money problem, so please figure out how to employ more people, you'll be providing jobs for the community as well. Cutting labor to increase profits like this is pretty despicable, but hey, I hope your bonus looks good this quarter.

Went to Wendys on New Bern Ave today for lunch. The person taking the order at the drive thru was short, interrupting and unpleasant. When we received the order the person handing us our food dropped one of the bags and acted like it was our fault. When we got the food back to our office we noticed there was no receipt, no frosty and no dipping sauce for the chicken, which was the main reason we went there, to try their new sauce. We will not be going back to this location for our food.

I understand working at Wendy’s May just be “a job” for some of the employees at this Wendy’s, but you guys (morning and night crew) need to take it serious. You need to take into consideration that you are feeding people daily. You are feeding children, mothers, sometimes even the homeless. This Wendy’s is infamous for serving sub par food that is never fresh nor hot. If it is fresh or hot, you have to catch them on a good day. It is 11:47 pm and I just was served some of the stalest fries ever. They were immediately thrown away and I am so agitated that I wasted my gas and time and money just to get halfway warm and decent food. Just because you guys work at Wendy’s doesn’t mean you don’t eat out sometimes. So ask yourself, if you ordered food, would you want it to be cold or taste as if it had been sitting out and not fresh?! Not cool. Y’all need to step it up. Never eating at this Wendy’s again.

Around 1:30 on a Thursday, quite busy.
Would like to have seen more accommodations for dine in seating. It's trendy but not all that practical.

It's a saturday night and I kid you not I've beeen waiting in the drive through for about 15-30 mins. they two girls working inside are just kind of moseying along. Lol I just feel like, If you don't like your job , you should quit. There are plenty of other jobs you might find more suitable if you're going to have a bad attitude at people for simply giving the company some business lol. Swear. Smh.
