Had a great time, rental skates need to be worked on a little better. Had to try on 3 different pair because of issues. Other than that I had a blast!

The snacks and drinks are very overpriced, but the staff are very nice. The customer service is slow, and skating was enjoyable. Would recommend to come here but don’t expect a lot of customer service.

False advertisement for their 5free coupon... Make sure u make ur reservations in person or on the phone and not online because u will not have your coupon honored. Poor service. This my 2nd party in 2 yrs and I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE..not for a party or even to have my kids skate... They have lost a customer. I will take my business to Jellybeans...

United Skates hosted our back to school skate party last night. Dominique was my point of contact for scheduling and planning our event. She was professional, organized, and extremely helpful. She made flyers and posters to be distributed to the students, and even delivered them to the school for me. Stuart, the GM, was our host for the evening. He was personable, energetic, and made the evening a ton of fun for the kids. Every one of the staff were kind and happy to help. I didn't see one staff member who wasn't smiling and happy to be there. I can't say enough good things about the team at United Skates. If you are looking for a great place to skate or host your school fundraiser, look no further!
