My family from out of town and I went here on 08-12-2017 and it was one of the worst experiences we've had in awhile. To start off, we weren't greeted and seated in an orderly fashion. They put us at a table in the back corner and didn't even get silverware or offer any drinks once we were seated. It was about 10 minutes before we decided to get our own silverware and flagged down another waitress to get some drinks. The waiter was rude and unknowledgeable about the menu, and very rarely refilled any of our drinks. The food came at drastically different times and the chicken fingers were the size of nuggets, while others meals were missing sides. After asking the food server for some sauces, they brought the wrong ones and in very small cups for 3 people...plus they were disgusting. My mother's steak came VERY late, mini sized and was nowhere near cooked correctly. The waiters hung out in a group near the bar with their backs to us and just talked loudly while we tried to get their attention to fix issues with the order or get refills. They never offered dessert, even though it came with a couple of the meals. The restaurant was not busy and they weren't understaffed, just lazy and rude. After talking to the assistant manager many times to correct things we finally got a small discount, but the damage for their reputation was already done. Never will we ever go to another ruby tuesdays, such a disappointment.

Great staff. They're are always so nice. Food is good. Mgr is really nice too. I always feel welcome. Terry and Butterfly are my favorite waiters and waitress.
