They were fairly helpful in taking my order - steering me away from getting the cabbage as it would have been horrid - but still pretty lackluster.
Food sucked - I got the scallops, shrimp, and oysters I think, and none of it was fresh. Vegetables were undercooked, bland, and horrible.
It was really a 1-star food experience. Just gave an additional because the order taker was fairly cool.

Great hibachi! Great customer service! Impressed on the variety they have on their menu! The fish, shrimp, and philly steaks are amazing as well. O and forgot they have great prices too. Give them a shot you wont regret i

I'm writing in regards to the recently opened Wilson, NC location.
I pulled up about 5:40p today(12/15/16) and the lot was completely void of customers, even though it was still well within the height of rush hour.
I didn't complain, as it allowed me to get a great parking spot; and I wasn't alarmed at the lack of traffic due to how new they are the area.
I walked in and was first impressed by the interior spacing of the dining area. It was big small. Big enough to comfortably enjoy a family outing, yet small enough to achieve a level of coziness.
Service was fast and friendly. The prices are outstanding.
But my biggest impression was the food. I was very, very pleased with my Yaki Beef entree with onions, zucchini, sweet carrots, and white rice. Everything was cooked just right. The onions were crisp but not raw, the carrots maintained that soft/firm consistency that we all love.
It also came with a cup of what looks like a watery mushroom and onion soup. Forgive me for not knowing the correct term for it, but it was delicious.
I started eating the main entree first, paused to sample the soup, and didn't make it back to the main entree until I'd drained the entire cup..that's how good the soup was.
