Wow! Awesome sandwiches for lunch. My wife and I got roasted turkey and "The Duck". Great atmosphere and local beers on tap. Give it a try.

I was slightly confused about what to do when I walked in. The food was AMAZING but the staff were MIA behind the counter for several minutes and acted like they were doing me a huge favor by taking my order. Also you shouldn't have to ask for the WiFi password...I may try it again at some point but I think they need to retrain their staff to make people feel more welcome

The Pharmacy Café is of my favorite local joints. Low prices, fresh and delicious food, and a great overall ambiance. Employees are awesome and always remember our names/orders - Jessica is my favorite. It's become our favorite weekend tradition to walk up here for their fabulous breakfast sandwiches and cold brews. A great lunch spot, as well.

Have loved this place ever since I moved downtown several years ago. For breakfast it never disappoints, either a biscuit with homemade jams or the cafe burrito are perfect. Recently went in to try the new menu and enjoyed a mesa bowl and kombucha on tap. Love both the food and the vibes!

This place is fantastic! Awesome food, very friendly staff and affordable. One of my favorite places to go for a nice relaxed atmosphere for brunch on the weekends or a good, laid back lunch during the week. The breakfast food is amazing, they have the best biscuits and gravy I've had in Raleigh.
