I have been a huge fan of Cirque de Vol studio since its opening five years ago and I highly recommend Cirque de Vol to anyone who is interested in learning circus arts and more! I have taught workshops, attended dance classes, and frequented several of the ecstatic dance nights hosted weekly at CDV. I LOVE that CDV provides local artists a safe place to practice their craft. Not only is it an amazing community to be a a part of but I also appreciate that they offer a variety of classes, workshops, performances and very affordable rehearsal space. Since I started working with CDV I've always felt a profound sense of belonging to a community that really values the performing arts. AND legit instructors who are well trained in their skill set!!!

I've taken countless classes and workshops at Cirque de Vol over the years and have been enriched by every one. The instructors truly are passionate artists sharing emmense skill and love of their disciplines. They have something for everyone... Regardless of skill level, age, or strength.
Whether your interested in just breaking up the norm of your daily routine, hosting a unique party for your friends (adults or kids!), or are on a path to pro-circus status.
Definitely highly recommended. ❤️

I've been to cirque de Vol for yoga, aerial, and hooping classes and have enjoyed them all! The space is colorful and warm, and the encouragement for play and exploration is one of the things that makes it easy to show up and join in. I have been able to explore avenues of movement and exercise that I wouldn't have anywhere else!

First of all, I called ahead to make sure I could join the flexibility class. I was told that because it was my first class I wouldn't be charged. They just said to come 10 minutes early to fill out a form. I tried to get there 10 min early but they failed to mention that there is next to NO parking. I circled the block like 3 times and ended up walking in just as class started. I explained that I was new and the lady at the front desk was very unwelcoming, had me fill out a very quick form and then asked if I would be paying a drop in. I informed her that I was told my first class was free. Her face immediately got sour and asked "WHO told you that?" I said " I don't know whoever was on your phone an hour ago" She said, well thats not how we do things but ok you can go to class." So I joined. The stretching itself was fine. Good class, although the space was small and crowded for the number of people and it was hard to hear/ see the instructor. After class, no one came up to me, not the instructor or the front desk woman. So I just left. Additionally the floor was dirty and they did not wipe off the yoga mats before putting them away. I won't be going back.

Unique studio in a beautiful location downtown. We went for a birthday party where they used the silks, but hoops and trapeze are also available in this room. The staff really makes this place stand out -- very friendly, supportive, and welcoming.
