Very unprofessional, the most unprofessional agency I've ever dealt with. They don't take accountability for their mistakes. They pass you along to each other because nobody seems to know what's going on. Cortez passes you on to Chris and he pass you over to Krista. She finally managed to call me back regarding my concerns but only after my policy was cancelled. Take your money some place else, bad business!!!!!!
