They never answer the phone when you call to make an appointment and they don't call you back when you leave a message for the doctor. Dr. Law was also very unsympathetic and judgy towards me during my appointment. The only good thing is that everything is online and your records are easy to access.

I have been going here for years now. The doctors actually care about my overall health, not just what I came in for. They have been available for me when I need them. Highly recommend this comforting place.

I like Dr. Law and her nurse but this place NEVER answers the phone. It doesn't matter which option you choose you will always have to leave a message. Which is weird since I sat in the waiting room and none of the girls at the front desk were on the phone nonstop. Nice Doctor but geez Louise pick up the phone at least SOMETIMES.

Was recommended by urgent care to come to this office. After an hour and a half I finally saw the doctor, she was unsympathetic and not very informative about my condition. On my check up a week later, she took over an hour to see me. Would not suggest this office to anyone.
