I absolutely love the staff. My mother is a patient their and she just loves the girls at her doctors office. They treat my mother just like she was one of their own grandmothers, they are always asking how she is doing when I call the office for my mother.Getting in for a appt is pretty easy unless they have a provider out. Every time i call the office for a medication refill it only takes them 24 hours to get a response or the pharmacy has contacted me stating my prescription is ready before they have a chance to let me know its ready. I recommend this office and the providers here for family care.

I like this logged on under my son's name 😂Very thankful to been seen by a Dr. who truly cared, young man, very eager to help, patient, very intelligent & well educated, that took the time to listen, rather than some old fashioned burnt out Dr., I was actually listened to & any issues addressed immediately, LOVE THIS PLACE

My mother informed her doctor here at Universal Family. Doctor suggested drinking coffee. Mother was diagnosed one week later at wake medical hospital with leukemia.

All the doctors at Universal are wonderful. If you and your family or just yourself needs a good Doctor this is the place to go. Christine is WONDERFUL and all the front desk staff is wonderful. Kat and Brandy are always so polite.
