The staff was very friendly and cooperative. When I called to speak to a nurse I was connected to a live nurse rather than having to leave a message for one. Dr Gerber was very thorough. I would highly recommend this practice!

The office staff was EXTREMELY kind and friendly!
We saw Dr. Kevin Doyle.. he was thorough and very gentle with his exam with our young daughter and her tiny broken nose. (This was our second ENT in a week) Dr. Doyle spoke to us and explained the surgery he would be preforming. He made sure my husband I were comfortable with what was happening.
After his staff had set up the surgery details he came back in and asked if we had any other questions or concerns!
This is exactly what we needed after a fragile week.
I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Doyle and his staff!

We saw Dr. Kevin Doyle.. he was thorough and very gentle with his exam with our young daughter and her tiny broken nose. (This was our second ENT in a week) Dr. Doyle spoke to us and explained the surgery he would be preforming. He made sure my husband I were comfortable with what was happening.
After his staff had set up the surgery details he came back in and asked if we had any other questions or concerns!

As usual, the audiology section of Raleigh Capitol ENG, Anderson Drive, provided excellent service and was most helpful, but his time Michele, my audiologist exceeded expectations. I had lost a hearing aid and expected to pay over $2200 for a replacement. It turned our that my hearing aid was no longer being made, but Michele found a reconditioned hearing aid, the price of which was just under $900. What a pleasant surprise!

As usual it was a very comfortable and complete experience and I feel if I have any problems I can simply call any time before another year and I can rely on your help. Thanks Dr. Gerber for the very timely appointment..
And Michelle: thanks for assuring me I am still doing just about the same. This gaining another year can be pretty awesome so glad I am still able to enjoy getting together with my friends and not miss out on the conversations... thanks for sending me the ReSound box-I didn't miss it until I emptied my purse when I got home but had your message -- thanks for the batteries, too..
