Worst urgent care experience I've ever had. The facility is disgusting. There's dirty tissue on the floor of the room we were in. We had a 6:50 appointment and they made us pay when we got here. It's 9:30 and we're still waiting. When I complained about waiting so long when we had an appointment I was told there was only one doctor here. I've got a great idea - if you only have one doctor, then don't give people an appointment time and make them wait 3 hours. I could have gotten treatment at the ER quicker than this.

Growing Child Pediatrics is the BEST PEDIATRIC HOME FOR ALL 5 OF MY CHILDREN. My children have been a part of the GCP family since my oldest was 5 months old, she is now 14 years old. I live in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I ride 1 hour and 30 minutes for my children to see the CARING, DEPENDABLE, THOUGHTFUL, STAFF AT GROWING CHILD. From the front desk staff at the New Hope office, to the back office staff at Horizon Drive. Every facility we enter has given my family nothing but compassionate care! Nurse Practitioner Meredith, Dr. Collazo, Dr. Flynn, Dr. John kutty, they are a top of the line team. There are so many great faculty within all of the offices, I can not name them all. Don't look any further! Make your child a part of the GROWING CHILD PEDIATRICS FAMILY!

If I could it this place a neg star I would!!!!! Seething while writing this review, my wife and I visited this place because she is due with our baby soon and she really wanted to go with place due to the fact it is close to home and convenient for our work schedule. To make a long story short we got there and sat in a dilapidated room and it felt just like I was in a Health dept setting. Nurse sitting on computer most likely on Christian Mingle or some dating site eating potato chips out of a zip lock bag, and we sat there for about 20 min and no DR nor nurse came in to even check on us!!!!!!!!!So we decided to leave and the lady asked were we leaving and I stated OH YES and I couldn't get to my car fast enough and I made a vow to my wife and child who is in wife belly to never step a foot back in that place...Now suppose if we had newborn with us and had to sit there that long with no acknowledgement it would have been worse. So I'm steering away from this community building.

I love this place! The receptionists are wonderful and know us by name. The doctors are so friendly. They seem to honestly love my child and are SO good with her. (She is a VERY "slow to warm up" little girl!) She gets little treasures each time she goes and loves it! They have long hours on the weekends, as well! If we ever move from this area, the one thing I will miss the most is this practice! OH- and, new moms, the lactation consultant here is hands down the best. I love that she, as well as the peds visit you in the hospital after you have your baby! I wish that I could find a practice for myself that I love this much!
