We adopted a kitten one evening and when we brought her home we realized that she was super sick. She couldn't breath out her nose and was very fatigued. We called up All About Pets to see if someone could see her last second. The receptionist contacted the vet while he was in surgery with another animal and he willingly let us bring her in even though that meant him staying late. Our cat is completely healthy now and we are extremely grateful that they saw us.

I took my puppy to get fixed. There were no complications with the surgery, the vet explained things clearly and I thought it was a fair price. I would recommend All About Pets to friends and family.

We have been taking our dog and cat there for the last year or so and every time the people there have been friendly and very efficient it is always a pleasure to go there.
But on Sept.21 we took our long haired cat in for grooming she had some serious mats in her fur that we weren't comfortable dealing with. Well to make a long story short their groomer is the best I have ever seen she got out the mats and trimmed the cats fur and she looks 200% better. This groomer is a definite A++++.
We have been taking our dog and cat there for the last year or so and every time the people there have been friendly and very efficient it is always a pleasure to go there.

Have been coming here for years and have never had major problems. In fact just yesterday I paid over $100 for a grooming and they tacked on an extra $30 for a "yearly exam". He just had an exam and over $200 worth of dental work done less than 6 months ago... whatever. I let it go.
Today I brought our dog in with an emergency. He had just been hit by a car. Broken legs, Labored breathing, etc. we were turned away because they were all booked up with appointments... nice...
You can't push back an appointment to treat an emergency? Especially for a long-time customer? Don't be fooled. This place ought to be called "All About Profits"...

We, sadly, needed to send our beloved golden retriever, Lucky Lady, over the rainbow bridge 8/16/17. Dr. Arnold and the staff were most helpful and compassionate. We were somewhat shocked, however, at the cost of cremation. We have had most all of our pets cremated, and have never paid such a large amount. It was roughly $350 for the cremation and return of the ashes. In CA this would have been around $200. In ID around $100.
