I LOVE this place! My husband made an appointment for a massage for myself and my friend on my birthday. I was super nervous because I had never had a massage before, plus i had never been there. But the second I walked in a felt better. The two ladies helping us were so nice, and made sure we were comfortable. They did an amazing job and I've already booked my next appointment. (This time I'm bringing my husband so he can see how great it is.)

first time i went, lady cut off almost nine inches of hair when i asked for six inches. that was a few months ago and my hair still hasn't grown to where i asked her to cut it. second time i went was on saturday for a color. i had a picture and i specified what i wanted and the end result was absolutely terrible. not only was the color way off, it was in chunky highlights and the colors weren't blended. luckily my hair wasn't bleached so i was able to get it fixed somewhere else but it ended up costing a ton. she asked me if i'd like to go lighter but kept repeating that it was lovely with lots of hazel highlights (i wanted ash blonde). finally i just asked if she could fix the harsh line on the top to make it more blended. she painted the dye onto my hair, kept blow drying the bottom of my hair, and then sprayed it out after five minutes. it was lazy, quick, and a mess. if i could give 0 stars i would. do not come here!!

It's got a really relaxed, clean and upbeat vibe. Staff is really knowledgeable. Services performed to expectation. Love it.

I just had the European Facial, oh my goodness how wonderful! Susan did an amazing job. My skin looks radiant, and at my age that's saying something. I will definitely do the facial again. The neck massage alone is sooooo worth it. Fabulous!

Had the "perfect lash" service done. One of my eyes looks ok. The other side is completely over curled to the point where it curls back on itself. I asked the lady if it looked good and she told me, "it looks fine at this angle." They are crimped and completely wonky. I would have told her to fix it, but I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home and tried putting mascara on. She left glue on my lashes and eye lids. I would not recommend this service or salon to anyone.
