I'm not one to EVER write a review, however my experience at this subway was HORRIBLE.... There was three young employees working (one girl at the register and two guys making sandwiches) the first guy with long hair and glasses was taking the orders he was soooooo rude and had zero patients. I felt so much anxiety just dealing with him. I ordered three sandwiches and then a salad, when he got to the salad he went to heat my meat I asked him not to heat the meat as I didn't want warm meat on my cold salad, he informed me he had to. I asked why not all subways do this? He said he had to heat all meat. The other guy (super nice felt bad for him) stepped in and said he didn't need to heat the meat. The guy got so upset he threw the meat in the salad bowl and stormed off left the other guy to finish our order. It seemed as we were trying to build our sandwiches and salad the poor kid kept running out of veggies and neither the girl or the guy would step in to go grab more. The girl kept walking in the back and coming out laughing as she stared us down. Then when we were almost done low and behold no salad bowls.
I really felt bad for the kid who was trying to make up for the bad experience we were having. As I sat and ate with my kids I looked up this subway and was not at all surprised to read all the bad reviews. Sadly enough I know This review will not change a thing for this subway.

The girl behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience that I even appeared in front of her! She was rude and put out as she slapped my sandwich together -- then then wrapped and threw it across the counter. Oh --and I asked for s touch of mayo and she mist have put half a bottle on there. I won't be going back.

the girl who works here in the afternoons is terrible. she has been rude and unpleasant every single time I've gone there. I work in the mall and I like to grab a sandwich there sometimes but her bad attitude with customers is a huge deterrent. working in customer service I know it's tough to be on your feet all day and you can get exhausted from helping people during the lunch rush but I also understand the importance of being polite.

Super bad attention. There was only one employee working and plus she was super rude like she didn't want to be there. There was three people behind me and they where pretty shock about her attitude. I felt super uncomfortable telling her my order so I stop talking and let my husband order for me .

Terrible, TERRIBLE place. I was going to order some food, when an employees friend came. She told me she would take his order first because he's in a hurry... Then the second employee hopped over the counter (putting his shoes on its surface). After getting my meal from a different place, I came back and asked to see the manager. I was told that there wasn't one.
The girl told me she could address my problem. I said I'd be more comfortable speaking with the manager about what I had observed. She raised her voice and said "What is your problem?" I told her I'd come back when a manager was there.
I know teenagers aren't absolutely great employees, but I'm concerned about the poor customer service, and the fact that the bottom of shoes have been on the counter.
