The people who work here are very friendly. The food is good. The location is great. It's nice that it's just take out only.

First off, I love Pizza Hut. They have great pizza, and (usually) excellent service. That said, this particular location has a poorly trained staff, and it shows in both customer service and food quality. It started when we placed out order online. The expected delivery time was 55-65 minutes, which is totally expected for a Friday night. Well, about 75-80 minutes in, I get a bit worried about where my pizza is and decide to call in. I reach someone who I can only assume was a manager, and he looked up my order. There was a note on it saying that it was cancelled between they didn't have any more Big Boxes (I wanted to try something new, so that's what I ordered). I never got a call or email that my order was cancelled. Just nearly an hour and a half of waiting, with both my wife and I getting hungrier and hungrier. This man on the phone apologized for the mixup, and was willing to place an order for me even though they were 10 minutes to closing. He even threw in a 20% discount AND a free dessert. As upset as I was about the whole thing, I really appreciated his willingness to help and try to make amends. This manager is good. However, when our food arrived, our order was wrong (both pizzas were normal crust, even though we asked for specialty) and the veggies on my wife's pizza were old/bad. My pizza was also poorly made, with really bad sauce distribution (and sauce does indeed make the pizza), with some areas not even having any sauce. I was ready to give 3-4 stars, but I'm bumping it down to 2 with these mistakes. Again, the management seems decent, but the main staff either needs to be retrained or replaced. I don't intend on eating here again for about another year - the normal turnover time for student-staffed food places.

I walked in and placed my order the guy working the till said it would be 20 min at most. I was watching the two people making the pizza's and I couldn't believe what I was seeing they both were not wearing gloves and apparently had a cold or a runny nose problem because they were both wiping sniffing and snorting like crazy! I was done at this point and didn't want the free extra toppings.LOL. And asked for the manager and I was asked to leave because I brought it to the attention of the other customers that they wear in a pig pen of a fast food chain and should take their bushes elsewhere they all agreed and like me I'm certain they will never eat their again sinserly Grosse green snot. Peaple please don't eat here.VERY UNSETTLING!!!

A couple weeks ago this store took an incredibly long time to get our order to us. They sent us a coupon for a free pizza, which was cool, sure everyone has busy days. So tonight we ordered from them again. The pizza came in just over an hour. This was expected for a Friday night. When it arrived, our pizza was wrong and they forgot our wings. I call about the wings. It took much too long for them to figure out what to do and it was already 8pm, so I told them to forget it. They said they would give us a credit attached to our phone number but I don't think we'll be ordering from here again. I'm not sure what is going on with this Hut, but it needs help.

I have three employees staring at me right now. The store is scheduled to close at 10:30 I arrived at 10:20 and all of the lights were already turned off. there were three employees at the counter counting down the till. I then called the store and they put me on hold without even saying a word. After after what seemed like 3 or 4 minutes the phone started ringing again and one of the employees picked it up and then promptly hung it up without a word. No one called me to say that they were cancelling my order. This is horribly unacceptable.
