I love Utah Valley Crossfit! They are welcoming to people of all fitness levels. I love working out with people and the social support that is there. This is a place where you are pushed but not pushed to injury. The instructors are great and so is the atmosphere

The coaches are amazing! They are all willing to put in some time to help you get better as an athlete. You can tell they want you to succeed and have a passion for what they're doing. Great atmosphere and a huge space to workout in.

I’ve been going here for about 6 months and have loved it! Very welcoming and an awesome group to lift with! I love the WODs and the weightlifting classes. Coach’s are great and very helpful!

We love CFUV! I have been going for over a year and went through an entire pregnancy to the women’s class. After coming back after baby, my husband and I have been going in the mornings. We really enjoy the variety, the instruction and the amount of equipment available.

I've been a member of CrossFit Utah Valley for 4 years and I love it! It's like a family and I love the support and encouragement I get. I also like that the coaches are encouraging but not aggressive and too pushy. I feel comfortable asking questions and I like the feedback they give to help me improve!
