I've had my auto insurance with Neal Dastrupt for Seventeen years , What's the minimum of 3 to 4 vehicles at all times , I started shopping insurance Every place I talk to I am saving a minimum of a $150 a month by leaving Neal dastrup insurance . Ended up going to State Farm for a total savings of a $190 a month .Shame on me I've been getting ripped off for over a decade .

Neal Dastrup Insurance is based on competitive rates and straight answers forward answers.
Our families have been insured through their office and Bear River for 30 years.

My husband had this insurance for over a year, and never once during the whole time did we feel respected. We never missed a payment, yet they messed up our billing from the bank account consistently. We had a loan for our car, and we received six notices from the bank over the course of the time we had Neal Dastrup Insurance, saying that we were not covered, resulting in exorbitant additional fees from our bank.
Neal Dastrup Insurance charged us inconsistently (straight from the bank account) and seemed to have no knowledge of their screw-ups right up til the bitter end. We finally canceled and got a MUCH better rate with AAA. (We got full coverage for all three of our family vehicles for the SAME EXACT monthly price that Neal Dastrup was charging us for one car!)
Neal Dastrup Insurance ended up having to refund us for a month because they had somehow 'canceled' our policy, even though we had paid for that month. I honestly just couldn't believe they treated us so terribly. I'm so glad we're done with them for good.
