Love Dr. Justin Jones and his entire staff/team! We have always been able to get right in, no long waits. They are so personable and welcoming. One of the many things important to us is they take the time and really listen to us at appointments and then follow up with us after. If you're looking for a doctor with a great staff, I highly recommend Dr. Jones!

Dr. Justin Jones and staff is absolutely fantastic! They are very kind and understanding. I have seen Katie, Jen, Mike, Tyson, and Dr. Jones! They are all amazing. There is also no wait!! You check in, and then they come to take you back! Like I said before, this office and staff is amazing!

I visited a PA to find out why I was gaining so much weight. She asked questions and then told me to go to a hospital and get some blood work done. She did not tell me exactly what test would be performed nor how many tests would be completed. I only knew I was getting my thyroid checked, and I had, had it checked recently. Based on previous experiences, I was assuming this would be about $300 in cost. I received the bill for the lab work the next week which amounted to $2,000. Per insurance, my cost was about $950. This amount was 3x more than I thought I was going to pay.
I called the hospital and they gave me 20% off. I am a recent grad and have a lot of debt to pay off. Given the high cost of these tests, I should have been informed of the anticipated costs of the tests. If I had known that the tests were going to cost what they did, I would not have done the tests nor would I have done the tests at the hospital. I asked the doctors office to give the same discount that the hospital gave me (20%). The doctor came back and gave me 30% which was just awesome. But now I know that I will always ask for a list and prices for all tests that are preformed.

I don't understand the bad reviews! They were AWESOME! They are very professional, they got an appointment for me right away, the facility is clean and appealing, everyone was polite and helpful, and they DIDN'T try to find ways to charge me extra! I actually paid about 1/3 less than I planned and it was probably half the price (or more) to get it done here than any other doctor I called to get an estimate. I was very happy with their service. Thank you!

I really believe that my care at Revere Health is very good, but it is so frustrating to try and get information from tests that have been run, or prescriptions filled. They tell you that they will have the script completed within 48 hours. I called in and asked to get a script and told them that I would come in and pick it up. I was promised that I would be called and told when it was ready. This was early in the day on a Tuesday. I let them know that I understood that it took time, acknowledged that it was my fault, but that I was totally out of the medication and needed it ASAP. They told me that they could help me. I called in on Wednesday and they told me that my Dr was not in on Wednesdays, so it would be another day. On Thursday morning, my wife got a call from them telling them that her scripts had been signed and were ready to pick up. I thought that if hers were ready that mine might also be ready, so I called in- Thursday morning. They said that it was not yet ready. I waited until 2:00 pm, called again and was told that it was still not ready. I called at 3:30 and still not ready. I called at 4:00 and was told that it had been called into the wrong pharmacy but that they would change it. I called in at 4:30, sat on hold for 25 minutes and was told that the people who needed to send the script had both left for the day, but that I could call my pharmacy and have them transfer it. I called my pharmacy and was told that because of the nature of the medication it could not be transferred. They never once called me as I had requested. Now I am another day without the needed medication, and nothing that I can do, plus all the time I wasted during my work day.

I wish that I could say that this is the first time that they have messed me up, but it is not. They do not communicate. They mess up requests. I cannot get a call back if I need something. If I get stuck in traffic and I am the last patient of the day and I arrive 5 minutes late the Dr leaves and I have to reschedule for 6 months down the road. All of my records are with Revere Health and I have used their services for years, and I know it will be a major pain to change clinics, but I am at my wits end. I believe my Dr to be very competent but the frustration of dealing with the clinic is making it not worth the effort. I so miss my former Dr who is now retired who cared about me as a person and made sure that I received excellent care, instead of just another big business.

Also stay completely away from the after hours clinic. They only want to get you in and out. My care was a total waste of time and money, and extended the time that it took me to get better. Total waste.
