Oh my - NO WAY!!! He is the worst physician I've ever been to in my entire life!!! As others have said, he never makes eye contact or fully explains procedures, reasons for tests or a diagnosis. I spent six months with this "Doctor" before being told I had Multiple Sclerosis and handed a paper for The MS Society and told "Good Luck". 18 months later when I needed my files to see a new neurologist Reynolds office had archived them and told me it would take 3-4 weeks to have them available!!! Who archives after 1 1/2 years? I know who... someone whose patient turn over is lightening fast! Stay Away!!!

Very disappointed with the appointment I had with Dr. Reynolds and I'm only writing this review in hopes to warn others before you choose him as your doctor. I was referred to him by my family doctor in hopes to find a cause and remedy for my severe headaches. Not only was he unable to make eye contact with me once during my whole appontment (this was very weird to me) I felt like he didn't listen to one word that I said and put off the feeling that he was too good or to busy to listen to my problems. He said that my headaches were nothing and he could prescribe some pain medication. I wasn't happy with that answer and got a second opinion. My condition is much more severe, with my new doctor we found that I will actually need brain surgery!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! Save your time, stress, health and money and find a doctor that will listen and actually cares!

I see Bradley Andrew. He has been helping me with my chronic daily migraine for a few years now, and he's a really great doctor. He listens to my concerns, and is open to trying different medications when I have researched them and we discuss it. He seems genuinely disappointed for me when I come in and am not feeling well. Very empathetic. I have openly cried in front of him when I was discouraged with my progress and symptoms, and he was incredibly kind to me, and always looking for new solutions.

However, the office is like the seventh circle of Hell. They've improved a bit over the past year or so, but it's still hard to get refill requests in, or just leave a message for the doctor. Unless I get ahold of a person, I don't bother leaving a message for my doc. Basically, unless my doc sends in my refill requests personally, they probably won't make it. Seems like they're trying to cope with a bunch of changes.

My reason for staying with them is Bradley Andrew. There are very few doctors that can explain things in such a clear way, who are willing to work with me, and seem to genuinely wish the absolute best for my welfare. I've mentioned the office issue to him, and it seems like he's aware of it. He has been really great.

I have been seeing Dr. Christopher Reynolds for 18 years. He was the first neurologist who actually sat down with me and told me what I needed to hear about my disease and it's progression. I had been to three others in the previous 3 years and got evasive answers, pills, and see you in 6-months. If you want to be molly-coddled, go somewhere else. If you want a handful of pills, go somewhere else. If you want answers and a course to a way to cope with what Life's dealt you, then see Dr. Christopher Reynolds. He is awesome!!

I was referred here by the ER several years ago after a seizure, instead of seeing the neurologist I had seen before. I see Bradley Andrew now, and he is AMAZING. He explains things in a way that makes sense, doesn't talk down to me, but also always addresses all of my questions and concerns, even when I just call and ask if a prescription from my general practitioner will interact with my medications.
