Ceri is a great hygienist!, and Dr Francis is professional and knowledgeable. He is skilled at doing painless dentistry. Great team of wonderful people. I give them five stars for a comfortable and professional setting.

No unnecessary dental work. No nazi hygienists scolding you for not flossing even though you do regularly. Great, friendly practice that is concerned about doing a good job and not breaking the bank. Oh, and they're quick.

Most comfortable experience at the dentist. Never felt the shots used to numb my mouth. They actually made me want to go back and get more work done on my teeth.

I have been going here since before I can remember and have never even considered going somewhere else for my dental work and check ups. I've never had a bad experience there, and always thought people were strange for being scared to go to a dentist, since I've always highly enjoyed it! I recommend this office and its staff to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have avoided the dentist for years. I hate the hassle of the appointment, and the whole process of cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised when I went for my cleaning that the staff was helpful, friendly, and very efficient at getting the work done. When I went back in to have a filling fixed I was again pleased with my experience. Dr Francis took the time to get my mouth numb with the cream before using any needles. Taking the time to let the medicine set in not only showed how he cared about my comfort, but made me feel like I was the only patient he had to worry about at the time. I was pleased that he worked quickly and had the whole process done in the time any other dental office would still have me waiting in the lobby. One last note about Dr Francis and his staff that I appreciated was their openness about my options. For example, I have never had a dentist sit and discuss the options for fillings like Dr Francis did. I was able to make an informed choice about my own treatment instead of just receiving whatever products the doctor was currently pushing from an unknown drug rep. I would refer any friend or family member to go to Dr Francis.
