I have been impressed with this place. I do not like new release movies just because of how many people you have to deal with. This place is a perfect medium for me. I also like the movie with popcorn and a drink.

The dollar movie is an integral part of Provo's culture and entertainment. It's not the flashiest or the fanciest or the newest, but it provides a unique flavor and personality that you just don't find in other movie theaters. What do you do when that new movie comes out that looks semi-interesting, but not nearly exciting enough to deserve 10 of your hard-earned dollars? You wait for it to go to the dollar movie. What do you do when your friends want a fun, yet cheap night out on the weekend? You go to the dollar movie. What if you really, really wanted to see a certain movie, but somehow didn't get around to going until it had already left theaters? No worries, there's always the dollar movie.
It's getting more and more expensive to see a movie these days. Pretty soon we'll have no other choice but to shell out the money if we want to go at all. Save the dollar movie! Save Provo's soul!

This is a cheap movie theater that is pretty well maintained. The seats are not super comfy but they work. They offer booster seats for younger children. The concessions are probably the same as the nice full price theaters, which is not great but I guess they have to make money some how. I think this is a great value for what you are getting.
