Been here five times and the meet has never been cooked right the first time. When they do get it right the flavor is good. Nothing amazing but it is worth the price. Good atmosphere. Gone here on dates with my wife and taking the whole family.

I usually attend the Orem location and I will tell you, the food is great! (Ribs are the best) the people is great, sometimes it takes time for the food to be served but if you are looking for a fast meal go to a fast food restaurant instead. It's a nice restaurant, the 80's music is fantastic, David (Manager) and the rest of the crew are really nice people. I love that Restaurant. The brownie dessert is delicious!

I always enjoy the food here, prices are reasonable especially if you choose one of the 2 for $20 or similar bargains.
The wait can be incredible. Both to get sat and to get service. It's a bit frustrating. But if you know that going in or choose to go in at a time when it isn't so busy, it's a fine place to eat.
I've had ribs a few times, sometimes they are too dry.

Went out with a friend and when we got here it was packed but we got seated quickly. Emily was our waitress and did an amazing job. Food was hot drinks were cold and not once did we need to ask for a refill. I have no problem coming back to this store anytime in the near future.

We typically had enjoyed going here. It's nothing fancy, but it's alright. Family was in town one night and we went to dinner here. Server at first was fine, but soon he just got rude and angry. An accident happened and a drink got knocked over at one point. So we hurried and cleaned it up the best we could with the napkins we had. We asked an employee if we could get some more napkins, and she took such a long time to get back that by the time she came, someone else had already noticed and helped us, and that girl was not happy that we didn't need her help anymore. She looked dazed and just wandered off. Our server then came and you could tell he was ticked, but he picked up the couple of ice chips and napkins that were left and left. When our food got there my order was wrong so I asked if I could get the rest of the stuff for my burger, like the lettuce, tomato, etc... he came back and handed me a plate with the limpest piece of lettuce I've ever seen and everything was soaked in water. Then HERE'S THE WORST PART. Our server asked who knocked the drink over and who's drink it was, both of which was the same person. He then came and gave them a KIDS. CUP. At first we thought it was a joke, but he didn't come back the rest of the night, and never even gave the person an actual size drink, so he was without a drink about two minutes later for the rest of the night!! He also never gave that person the sauces they had requested either. He didn't say a word to us the rest of the night. At the end, he just dropped the check in front of the woman who was paying and left. Seriously disappointed in the service here tonight.
