Our family is first time puppy owners and have learned so much this past year from the wonderful doctors and assistants at PRAH. They've been so kind and helpful as we learn his physical needs (puppies can have allergies!) and developmental needs (our shy guy is gaining confidence each month). They spend extra time making our puppy feel comfortable and educating us. We could not take such good care of our new family member without them.

Staff seemed less than truly caring. On my first visit, a woman came in and began attending to my pets. Didn't introduce herself, her role or what she was doing. Very clinical type of first visit. If I didn't have a list of questions, I would have left knowing nothing about my girls health! Wouldn't take my pets back there.

They provide the expected level of service for a veterinarian but are overpriced and very difficult to work with when trying to use an online pharmacy. They ran through a whole sales pitch when I told them I wanted a written prescription then told me I was making a mistake by using an online pharmacy. They then refused to fax the written prescription to me or to the online pharmacy.

They take care of our Jack and treat him right. I have a very excited dog and they are very patient with him. They will answer every question and allow me to be a concerned parent. Only the best doctors and staff here!
