I bought a gift certificate with a credit card for my daughter that my daughter lost and they refused to honor it even though they had a record of my transaction and the gift certificate number that hadn't been redeemed. I will never do business or recommend this company.

Booked an appointment for a couple's massage on mine and my boyfriend's anniversary in August and had to cancel a few days before since we weren't going to be able to make it. Rescheduled the same couple's massage for September and my boyfriend gets a call AN HOUR BEFORE our appointment telling us that they had a 'NEW RECEPTIONIST' working the day I booked and she wasn't supposed to schedule an appointment for someone with a balance. Apparently when I called and cancelled the COUPLE'S MASSAGE from August they only cancelled my portion of it and counted my boyfriend as a no call/no show even though I specifically stated that neither of us were going. The receptionist I talked to today was very unwilling to help me out in any way and basically kept saying we had to pay $60 in order for us both to go to the appointment. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Already cancelled my membership and will not be returning. I'd think twice before getting wrapped up in any type of monthly membership with them.

Amazing experience from the prompt response to my inquiry to the final sit down after my amazing massage. I enjoyed a relaxing 60 minute massage with Tim. He gave great energy throughout the entire experience and his spiritual presence was very apparent from the very start. He seemed to know every nook and cranny of my body that needed attention and massaged in a way that was so pleasant and relaxing. The entire experience was wonderful. I'm so glad my staff sent me here on a miny retreat! What a great day!
