Cant believe what I saw. I'm no genius but I do believe the laws in rhode island change along time ago. Can you believe the owner of the establishment was smoking a cigarette behind the counter during business hours, me either but believe it. Not only was I shocked and appalled I was down right disgusted to believe the fact that he was smoking indoors so close to the food and not even trying to hide it.
