DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK!! They gave me an approval on an 80k construction loan. Then a month later, after I had signed the contract to get it built, they pulled my financing due to a question that should have been asked up front. I am now COMPLETELY SCREWED at the fault of this inept lending institution. STAY AWAY!!!!
