The coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They're always aware of what you're doing and that the form is proper so that you don't get injured.
Zero intimidation and I recommend this place for anyone that wants to make a positive change in their life.

Crossfit East Providence is a great facility! As soon as I walk in, the music and energy pumps me up and gets me ready for a workout. Every movement can be modified to ensure you work up a sweat and achieve your goals while strengthening your whole body. The coaches are there to teach, motivate, and reinforce safety while pushing you to get better and stronger every single workout!

With the new management this box has come a long way. . The new owners are on point, coaching is superb. 10AM class is the best class to attend because is only a few of us although i have a feeling it will start filling up . The afternoon classes are very popular. If you are starting out the 10am class is the best time to attend, and for me 10am is just very convenient as well.No traffic! Coach Joshua def is there TO push you to be your best! I never thought of doing an open competition until i was motivated by Coach Joshua to enter, I am glad I did. I have been attending three times a week non-stop for almost two months, i am getting stronger and my movements are getting better , and having all the girls supporting each other as well as the coaches is really a great motivator to continue on and improve. I def recommend this box!

The coaches at EP Cross-fit are motivating and inspiring. Every exercise can be scaled according to your ability so each person feels like they have a personal trainer even though it is a class environment.

Good, intense workout, and friendly atmosphere! Very welcoming to beginners and experienced alike.
