I was denied treatment based on an unpaid previous balance. I offered to partially pay and they refused. I drove myself to the hospital to find out I had a bilateral pulmonary embolism. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I wasn't even offered an ambulance. I was clearly in pain and it was hard for me to move or walk.

I want to start by saying I dont like to give bad reviews but this I cannot let go. I arrived at 9:25 am 25 minutes after they opened and only 5 or so patients were present in waiting room at that time. The front desk people are rude, completely uncaring. Just to register me took from 9:25 am to 11:06 am to be exact. I watched the other 5 patients before me be registered, taken in exam room treated and discharged. I went up to front desk 3 times asking if they needed my insurance card, copayment and they told me that they were busy with patients. There was literally no one sittting or standing waiting to be registered each time I approached these front desk people. This is an absolute disgrace. I sat there with nausea, and pain, crying. AFTER All this, I was brought in exam room waited another half hour and a PA came in saw me for 5 minutes and was about to give me an antibiotic that was clearly marked on my records that I am allergic to!!! Ladies and Gentlemen the healthcare system in the USA has gone to hell!

Long wait and the doc miss diagnosed our 7 month old. He said she had a bruise in her mouth. He didn't even look inside her mouth to inspect anything. She had thrush. Easily diagnosed and common thing. You shouldn't get paid if you're wrong.

I love this clinic and the entire staff! They are fast and efficient. They always make me feel like family. If you don't care to sit on the ER and your having an emergency within their business hours I highly recommend going here! In my opinion, this is medical care at its GREATEST.
They are super clean and the front desk assistance are so AWESOME.

I love this clinic and the entire staff! They are fast and efficient. They always make me feel like family. If you don't care to sit on the ER and your having an emergency within their business hours I highly recommend going here! In my opinion, this is medical care at its GREATEST.

Visited 30 minutes prior to closing on Saturday after being misdiagnosed by my primary care doctor's partner the previous day. All staff were friendly, patient, and compassionate. Waiting room and exam room (the only rooms that I saw) were very clean. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care that I received from NP Dillion and his assistant (I am sorry that I do not remember her name--she was wonderful as well). I hope that I never have to return but, if circumstances warrant urgent care in the future, I will not hesitate to visit East Side Urgent Care again.
