very bad experience i called for the first time as a new patient because i live in pawtucket and i was driving by and i need a dermatologist , the person who answer the phone was very rude to me talked to me an a tone not professional at all , also gave me a hard time to book an appointment , people like that should not work in customer service , i would never called or visit this doctor office again in my life.

The office staff makes me never want to return.
I had a situation where I went for a scalp issue- and then also mentioned a skin tag I had. Dr. Zaydon said no problem, removed the skin tag, gave me a script for my scalp. I checked out- paid my copay and I was on my way. Approx. two weeks later I recieved a bill or nearly $200 for the removal of the skin tag. I never at any point was told of a fee!! I was especially irritated when my insurance said it is never covered- so they obviously knew!
Also Dr Z says some of my moles (which change in size and shape!) are no big deal, just a mole. I find this unsettling.
