Today was a big day for me, after a year and a half I finally got my braces off! I've been waiting for this day and thanks to Dr. Cosmo and his staff it finally happened :) Every time I went to my appointments I never had to wait long, having water and coffe in front of me while I was there was great, the environment is very cozy and they also have a room for kids to play! I love that they send me remainders and call me a day before for my appointments, I have a busy schedule and having people reminding me is very helpful. Because my teeth is perfect now I'm just so excited to recommend this place to anybody that is looking for an orthodontist. I'm just very satisfied with their service after a year and half going there I always had the best experience and the best Doctor of course!! I love what they do for people and my smile is so perfect now :)

Loooooooooooove Dr Cosmo. Love the staff's professionalism. Awesome environment, the energy flows effortlessly through the office.. always a pleasant experience when bringing my daughter in for her appointments.

Awesome experience! Always able to get appointments without any problem. Staff is great with kids....and let's not forget to mention the amazing unbelievable work Dr Cosmo does. My daughter's teeth are beyond gorgeous! Everywhere we go someone always tells her that she has perfect beautiful teeth. I would highly recommend getting any type of treatment through Dr Cosmo!!!!!!! A+++++

I have not had the best experience with Dr. Cosmo's office staff scheduling appointment visits. I called on January 22, to set up an appointment because my son's retainer broke. The earliest appointment available was today February 3rd, and they aware of the reason for the appointment.
Today, I decided to call and confirm the appointment because I showed up once before on a scheduled appointment, only to be told they didn't have my son booked. They did get him in, but only after I refused to be rescheduled to another date on their mistake. Well good thing I called because again they didn't have him scheduled to come in, and again they tried to reschedule my son's appointment. After getting upset about their screw up again, they said they would fit him in.
I bring my son with his broken retainer to the office and they took look at it and tell us they have to order another one and will take two weeks...incredible!..All this aggravation I have to go through just to be told that!
Then I was told by the girl who took care of my son it will cost $75 and I go to the desk they want to charge me $150.
It seems to me that communication among their staff and their patients is definitely not the best. I will have to see if there will be an improvement in communication when I go back to the office in two weeks at our next scheduled appointment.
Since, they don't give a courtesy call to remind patients of upcoming appointments, I will confirm before I go though, just in case. Emilio L Navarro
