problems and with Dr. Cosmo’s amazing abilities he made me from never wanting to smile before to unable to stop smiling and showing my teeth to everyone. What an amazing job, I never thought it was possible. Thank you

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Cosmo for phase one of my daughters Sydney’s braces. All the staff were kind and supportive when she was feeling anxious. I would highly recommend Cranston Orhtodonitics to anyone starting the process. We will be there for phase two and my youngest will also become a patient soon. Thanks again Amanda Reuter

Amazing Orthodontic practice!! The staff is great!! Love Dr. Cosmo!! He did an amazing job on my son's teeth. My son loved him and never hated going to his appointments. Very happy clients!!!

Just got my braces off! I feel so excited! They are very kind and amazing people. They are very gentle with your teeth and I really appreciate what they have done for me. Would highly recommend others to go to Cranston Orthodontics. I have received amazing results! (:

Dr. Cosmo and his staff were wonderful! All the girls there are always happy to help with any concerns and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Cosmo is great at what he does and a perfectionist when it comes to your teeth....exactly why my teeth came out amazing!
