Awesome service!! First time ever I took a car with no delays! Getting it was so quick and returning was way more quicker!! I was told to just drop the key and leave :) got under age fee waived from AAA

Saturday 13 2017 me and my Wife went to this Place we already had a reservation,the guys was not there he came late smelling like beer,on top of that he was smelling like marijuana,I felt so violated,Being a disable person myself with arthiritis and diabetis I had to sit to wait for this guy to come.he was very rude with clients as soon as he was showing a car i seen that a dollar bill fell out his pocket and when i picked it up it had cocaine in it..i left it on the floor.2 THINGS he had no car for us and we was treated rudely,I had no 1 to call and report this guy ,I did speak to a nice spanish lady that clean cars in there and she was also feeling bad for us..I forgot the guys name,but I will hopefully see this scum bag again.if Hertz have people like this working here I feel bad for the customers,Hope this lying scumbag gets fired,on top he was racist treating spanish people with harsh rudeness...

We appreciate the skilled service we receive from Juan, the manager, and folks working there like Curtis, who handle the paperwork and have the rental vehicle clean and ready for us each time we arrange for a rental. Fast and efficient, friendly and helpful...everyone there. THank you all. Carole
