This place is not cheap, but they do great work. The employees are very helpful if you're not quite sure how to mix colors. I'm thrilled with my framed art.

Ken answered my questions for almost an hour, and I walked out of the store feeling like an expert. I really appreciated his time. And, he remembered my name when I walked into the store a few days later. The prices seem very fair and I've really like what I've found in the store the last three visits. I'd like to try their Chromaprints soon, since their display copies seem to be top notch. It's an interesting little business chain that's connected to a bunch of other frame shops in the Northwest, which includes a warehouse where they make high-quality prints.

They helped me evaluate best matting color, best frame size and style and and allowed me to do a lot of the framing myself, while instructing me carefully. I love this place. Thank you all for your help and fun, friendly selves. I'll be back and have since recommended you to friends.

We walked in with a simple project just taking a piece of art out of an old frame and putting it into a new frame with a new mat. We were greeted with a warm smile and helpful attitude. No one tried to sell us anything extra, they just focused on what we wanted.
Once we had picked out the new matting I joked about what time this afternoon we could pick it up. To my surprise I was told they would be able to do it today and I could just swing back later in the afternoon and it would be ready. I don't expect that turn around will happen every time but it certainly made my day.

I'd highly recommend this place! Walked in planning on getting just two simple frames, and ended up being so impressed and inspired by their inventory, that I bought a few more items along the way in hopes of completing some personal projects! Staff was super friendly, gave poignant suggestions and were very helpful.
