Here are the facts:
1) 02- 19 - my credit card was charged for service
2) 03-08 - we did not get picked up at airport like we paid for them to do, but was assured a refund
3) 04-19 - still no refund
Here are the excuses from the company:
1) "We have not received the transaction receipt from Google Merchants that tells us that it has cleared our bank account which is something we like to do before issuing refunds."
2) "I will check with my receptionist to see when and if it was sent. I had instructed her to send you out a check. I will let you know when she comes in. Thank you for letting me know.
3) "When we did not hear back from you, we assumed that you had received it and it was settled! "
4) Somebody cashed the check we sent to you.

I have been using this company now for about 9 months. Every month I have reserved a round trip private shuttle service and I really have enjoyed the service. I have gotton to know the owner of this little business and I tell you this, he really goes out of his way to make sure that not just myself but others are well taken care of in their transportation needs! Every pick up they were 15 minutes if not an half hour early and did not mind waiting for me to get my baggage together and deal with the last minute things around my home. They have a really nice system to their reservation process that made it easy for me to just email them my dates and times I would need the service and they took care of the rest. I pre paid all of my bookings and they never once over charged like I had been by other companys in the past. I even get a receipt once the request was processed. So I highly recommend this company. They are private non shared rides and it makes it nice when I fly back not being cramped up with other passengers. I can just kick my shoes off and relax in their comfortable car. Stress free, friendly, and very much reliable! If this doesn't sound like your kind of service then by all means, don't use them. But if it does, give them a call.

What a wonderful little company this is! I tried to call other shuttle company's in the Portland area but no one ever answers their phone. I called this company and was met with a very friendly dispatcher. The process they use in posting a reservation was simple and stress free. Very user friendly. They keep your information on file so when you need the service again, All I had to do was email them or call them and they took care of the rest! The driver which I think was the business owner was very prompt and made the ride very fun. I greatly enjoyed their service. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I come into Oregon.

I am not a customer of yours. I am an employee of another company. You are so lame where you post nasty comments on other companies information, and make fake ones to make you sound good. heres an example
The previous comment dated on OCT 27, 2009; the same day we got a nasty comment talks about how sad it was you lost your wife to cancer. Signed "lynelle". Then the same name on the same day on our reviews talks about how they prepaid with our company, and then never showed up....WOW! That is pathetic. look up "americab" portland, or to see for yourself.
Then you, I mean "lynelle" even posted a bad review the same day for Adam Airport Shuttle, saying they are not licensed, which in fact is licensed to pick-up at the Portland Airport, and you are not. Please look at Portland International Airports Ground Transportations Website if you doubt what I am saying.
About half of our bad reviews has the same spelling and grammar errors you constantly make. Yes, we are not the perfect company out there and we acknowlege we can make improvements, and some of our bad reviews are correct, but you slandering other businesses is not good practice.
You can report this comment to google if you like to get it removed. I am going to contact them now with the proof i need to have you fined. Grow up and stop attacking other companies. I wonder how many other cab companies have bad reviews because of you.
