I arrived at Subway 's 7110 NE Sandy Blvd location at 9:20 AM. The door was locked and the woman inside was busy making what appeared to be a catering order. She would not acknowledge my presence! I knocked on the window and rattled the door handle. Tried different spots waving my hands to get her attention as I thought she could possibly be deaf. No response, no eye contact, nothing.
I found this behavior extremely disturbing to occur 2 hours after an assigned 7 AM posted opening time.

Great staff, fast and efficient food prep, good to eat in or take to go. Small enough that a regular customer can better know the staff for a more enjoyable experience.

Ordered 8 sandwich platters for an event and this location was very friendly and professional with every encounter about our order. And after several experiences at different Subway locations, this by far was the most hassle-free and pleasant experience. The platters were all ready at the time I said I would pick them up; a huge deal considering it was lunch time.
